We are Home!!
It’s Brittany again with a wonderful update... praise God we are home!! It has been a long and busy day, but we made it. The ride home was really hard for Jason and he is still in pain but he is home. We also got really good news from the doctor today. Jason’s lymph nodes were not cancerous so he is considered cancer free and will not even have to do chemo. They will monitor him very close for the next few years though. We are so blessed beyond words and give all thanks to our Mighty God. Again, we appreciate all your prayers and support more than you will ever know. Please continue to pray for Jason. He still has a long recovery ahead and he has a baby to get ready for that is due two weeks from Thursday. Hopefully the next update will be from Jason. I know he is ready to be back with you.

Great news!! God is so good! I pray that you will be blessed with continued healing and know that you WILL be able to be there when that baby boy is born!
ReplyDeleteI recently moved to the area 5 months ago and have really enjoyed J103 and Jason making the morning ride to work inspirational and enjoyable. I was shocked to hear his news and have been praying for you both ever since. I have had 2 relatives healed of cancer so I KNOW God can work miracles first hand. May you both continue to have His strength, faith and peace as He carries you through this.
ReplyDeletePraise be to God from whom all BLESSINGS flow!!!

ReplyDeletePRAISE THE LORD. I am in a college ladies Bible Study and just this week we were studying about how God performed miracles in the Old Testament and are they for today? WOW, wait until I share with the group the MIRACLE of Jason being cancer-free. I BELIEVE IN MIRACLES AND ALWAYS WILL BECAUSE I KNOW THE GREAT PHYSICIAN!!!!!
ReplyDeleteJason, your faith has healed you. You have reached out and touched the hem of His garment.

ReplyDeleteJASON AND BRITTANY,
ReplyDeleteGREAT NEWS!!!! I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN I HEARD TED READ THE BLOG THIS MORNING. PRAYERS ARE STILL GOING UP FOR STRENGTH AND HEALING. MY PRAYERS HAVE BEEN THAT GOD WOULD SHOW EVERYONE THROUGH JASON THAT HE IS STILL A HEALING GOD AND HE IS STILL ON THE THRONE AND THAT IS JUST WHAT HE HAS DONE. I PRAY GOD FOR A SPEEDY RECOVERY SO THAT JASON CAN BE IN THE DELIVERY ROOM WITH YOU AND BE ABLE TO HELP YOU TAKE CARE OF LITTLE COOPER WHEN HE COMES.
TO GOD BE THE GLORY

Someday you will be able to tell Cooper your story, and he will know that God was taking care of him and his family even before he was born. He can know how much he, his mom and his dad were loved and prayed for! He can know that God does "have plans for Him for a future filled with HOPE!". Ruth Ann
ReplyDeletePraise God! We trust you are following doctor's orders and not doing too much too soon. We know the temptation is there. We will continue to prays.
