Headed to Nashville!

Just a quick update about surgery. The nurse called this morning and they have bumped up the surgery date! We are going to Nashville on Wednesday when I get off the air and they are going to do surgery on Thursday. That is good news because it will give me 4 extra days to heal before Cooper arrives. We have a lot to do today and tomorrow to prepare, not to mention the emotions of knowing that its time. Please pray for Brit and I as we prepare for what is shaping up to be a BIG week.

You are right God is in Control and he is Faithful. He will show you things that you were not aware of, he will bring you through this and you will see his hand print throughout. 4. Jason, you and Brit are in my prayers. I had just prayed for you in the car this morning on my way to work, and a few minutes later you made the awesome announcement that the surgery date had been moved up!! I was so happy for you because I know your biggest prayer has been for timing. God's timing is always perfect. I will continue to pray for you, Brit, and Cooper.

  8. Please know that my husband and I are praying for you sweet little family. We have never been though anything like this, but we know the emotions of welcoming a new little one into this world. We are praying for the surgeons wisdom and your strength on Thursday. For Brittany - we pray for peace and calm over her and Cooper. Watching the clock will be hard, but the Lord will hold her in His hand and keep her company while she cannot be with you. We pray for Cooper to stay put as long as he can and wait on his Daddy to be there for his entrance. We will continue to pray daily for the Lord to heal your body of this sickness. God bless you and thank you for all that you do on J103. It is always my bright spot in the day to listen to you!

  10. Hey brother Jason and Sister Brittany,

Our GOD is faithful and HE never sleep. HE knows the plans HE has for us. I also realize that GOD has a sense of humor. HE likes to place HIS children in situation where we have no one else to trust in but HIM.

Go out to surgery and while you are there shine the light that GOD has given you to shine. HE is not through with you yet... Remember Jeremy is in heaven cheering for you, and I am on this side of earth praying for you. I will be fasting for you and I challenge anyone else who is reading that comment to start a fast for our brother in the faith. ONWARD CHRISTIAN SOLDIERS.
