Cooper is growing SO quickly. Everyone has told us it goes by way to fast, but now I understand. We took him to the Doctor yesterday and he is 18 lbs 6 ozs at 15 weeks old. He is eating very well. The Dr said to start mixing in baby food so we stopped by the store on the way home and Cooper got his first taste of Carrots. He had more on him, us, the table and the cat than he actually ate but it was fun seeing him try to eat for the first time.
What a cute little guy. You are right! They do grow up so quickly. My son is 4 and my daughter just turned one. It seems like yesterday they both were just born........but each stage/age has been fun for sure. :-)

ReplyDeleteThey do grow up so quick. I heard you talking about how expensive diapers are and here is something that my wife started about a year ago to save money. We use "cloth" diapers in the afternoon and on the weekends. You are probably thinking like me about the cloth diapers you have to fold and all the laundry invovled. They have some really cool cloth diapers that have a outside cover that doesn't leak and they clean very well. My wife was commenting on ours this morning about how many times we have washed them in the last year and none of them have faded. We use an organic laundry soap that the company recommends to clean them and put them on the clothes line to dry. It is a little more work, but it is better for our environment and now it is cost effective. The diapers are called "fuzzybunz", just search for them. God bless...
